Protect Your Home Protect Your Security Deposit

Calling on all Landlords and Tenants! Ellingwood Pro Home Inspectors conduct rental property inspections that protect both landlords and tenants from scrupulous claims. Our third-party rental condition and safety report documents the condition of the home. It is recommended to have the Rental Property Inspection and Safety report done prior to moving. The Rental Property Condition and Safety report ensure a fair unbiased assessment of the residential property’s current condition and safety. Have one done both prior to moving in and moving out.

Move-in Inspection

We inspect and provide a written report on the property’s condition at the time of the inspection. We take photos, videos and document the condition of floor coverings, windows and window coverings, light fixtures and fans, doors and hardware, heating and cooling, outlets, smoke alarms, appliances, sink fixtures and under-cabinet conditions, vanity mirrors, tubs, showers and toilets, exterior lawn, garage doors, and exterior walkways.

Move-out Inspection

When your lease ends schedule the inspection and we will come back and provide a written report on the property’s condition at the time of the inspection. We take photos, videos, and document the condition at the end of your lease in the same way we inspected it prior to a new tenant moving in.

If you are considering renting a property it is a great idea to have it inspected prior to moving in and prior to moving out. A rental inspection will review the current condition of the property you are renting so you can ensure it is safe to move in. Also, upon moving out of a property it provides you with a report on the condition you left the property in should litigation arise after you move out. Having a third party like Ellingwood Pro complete the home inspection is also beneficial for the landlord as well. A neutral third party will inspect the condition of the property where a landlord or tenant may overlook things. Consider booking your rental inspection today!
