Geremey Engle
Owner and Inspector
Geremey is the owner and lead inspector at Ellingwood Pro Home Inspections, bringing expertise in construction, real estate, and emergency management. A veteran of the West Virginia Air National Guard, he served 6.5 years, holds a Rotary Wing Pilot’s License, and earned a Master’s in Emergency and Disaster Management.
Beyond home inspections, Geremey is a licensed residential builder and real estate investor, specializing in major property rehabilitations. As a DHS FEMA subcontractor, he assesses homes impacted by disasters like fires, floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. His contracting background allows him to educate clients on home defects with a practical, solutions-based approach.

Geremey lives in Tennessee with his wife, Erin, a medical student and Air National Guard member, and their daughters, Ember and Ava. In his free time, he enjoys building, hiking, and alpine climbing.
Leonard Barnhart
Inspector
Lenny has over 10 years of home inspection experience and has worked in construction for over 40 years! He is local to the area and has completed more than 1500+ inspections throughout the years. Lenny is happily married and has been married for over 38 years. He is also a father of 2 kids who are grown and have left the nest. Some of Lenny‘s specialties include Radon Inspections, Mold inspections, and Wood Destroying Organism inspections.
Lenny’s building and inspection experience is what makes him a thorough inspector! His experience gives our clients extra confidence that they are getting an in-depth inspection report.

Joey Walker
Media Producer
A seasoned media professional with two decades of industry experience. He has an impressive career spanning 40 states and multiple television networks, providing innovative solutions for over a thousand productions. He has catered to diverse clients, including Home and Garden TV, the US Military, and government branches.
Passionate about crafting impactful media, he excels at creating effective narratives that have the power to change lives. Outside of work, he enjoys his sustainable farm, cherishing moments with his wife, and embarking on adventurous camping trips across the country.
We’re thrilled to have Joey on our exceptional team, where he will showcase his talent in delivering unparalleled real estate photography and videography.
Sabrina Faircloth
Outreach Coordinator
Sabrina, is 29 years old and has lived in West Virginia her whole life. She is a mother of 2 to a beautiful boy and girl. She has a Liberal Arts Degree. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service. Her hobbies involve spending time with her family, reading, and working on crafts. Fall is her favorite time of year especially when pumpkin patches are open.
Sabrina is an amazing addition to our team and her infectious smile brightens anyone’s day!
